Mirror Holic Liquid Eyes

This one is Liquid eye shadow with sparkling metallic glitter. There are several shades in this range but I got 2 from this.

Shades

Eye Glossy Coating
WH901 Crystal Shoes

Cost
Rs. 900 for 3 grams each

Ingredients

#1 WH901: Water, Ethylene/VA Copolymer, Glycerin, Acrylates Copolymer, Propylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Polysorbate 60, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sorbitan Isostearate, Polyvinyl Acetate

#Glossy Coating: Diisostearyl Malate, Mineral Oil, Silica Dimethyl Silylate, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Dextrin Palmitate, Hydrogenated Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer, Hydrogenated Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer, 1,2-Hexanediol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Calcium Titanium Borosilicate, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Propanediol, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Polyglyceryl-2 Triisostearate, Illicium Verum (Anise) Fruit Extract, Iron Oxides (CI 77491), Tin Oxide,

How to Use

Using the wand or your fingertips, apply an appropriate amount on your eyelid. You can play around with the colors by using this as a sticky base or as a top layer. Let it dry for a bit.

Packaging and Texture

The packaging is pretty and handy. It looks like a lipgloss and contains a soft wand like that. The texture is also quite similar to that of a lipgloss and has a gel base with glitter particles milled in it. In the WH901 shade, there are white holographic chunky glitter particles in a clear base. On the other hand, the glossy coating one has a peach-ish tint to it with very fine glitters milled in a peach gel-like base.

My Take

I loved this liquid eyeshadow, especially in the shade WH901. I use it as a top layer for an evening look. the glitters stay on my lids for as long as I don't take it off. However, the Glossy Coating one is pretty disappointing. It looked really nice in the image, and I expected a peach glittery effect, however, it never dries up and stays like that. I even tried it as a base for applying powder eyeshadow or loose pigment, but it ended up settling in the creases. SO, my advice is to avoid it. I will, on the other hand, use it as a lipgloss.

Swatches

Here are the swatches of both.

Look At My Eyes eyeshadow PP513

It is a gorgeous pressed eyeshadow with multicolor glitters in it in shade violet purple. Look at My eyes has various eyeshadow colors available in singles.

Pigmentation is pretty amazing with this eyeshadow and I really love it. the color comes up as a dark purplish shade with blue, purple and silver glitter in it. You can blend it nicely using your fingertips or an eyeshadow brush.

I will definitely buy other eyeshadow singles from Etude House and will try them!

Dear Darling Tint Vampire Red

It is a Water Gel Tint with fruity, juicy, moist, and vivid coloring. Out of all the shades, I really liked this dark red one called Vampire Red and yes, this actually looks like blood.

Cost
Rs. 325-400

Ingredients
#11 BK801 : WATER, GLYCERYL POLYMETHACRYLATE, GLYCERIN, TREHALOSE, PENTYLENE GLYCOL, CARBOMER, TROMETHAMINE, GLYCERYL CAPRYLATE, DEHYDROACETIC ACID, SAPINDUS TRIFOLIATUS FRUIT EXTRACT, PUNICA GRANATUM EXTRACT, BUTYLENE GLYCOL, FRAGRANCE [+/- (MAY CONTAIN) RED 6 (CI 15850), RED 7 (CI 15850), RED 7 LAKE (CI 15850), RED 27 (CI 45410), RED 21 (CI 45380), RED 22 LAKE (CI 45380), RED 28 LAKE (CI 45410), RED 33 LAKE (CI 17200), RED 36 LAKE (CI 12085), YELLOW 5 LAKE (CI 19140), YELLOW 6 LAKE (CI 15985), YELLOW 10 LAKE (CI 47005), BLUE 1 LAKE (CI 42090), TITANIUM DIOXIDE (CI 77891), IRON OXIDES (CI 77499, CI 77491), MICA (CI 77019)

How to Use

Use tip to gather and apply tint. Apply extra layer for added coverage.

My Take

This lip tint comes in a standard lipgloss packaging and a soft wand-like applicator. It is a super pigmented water-based tint so it dries up pretty quickly on your lips. Make sure to take a small amount building the color on your lips as you go. Also, if it starts to curdle on your lips, it means you need to clean your lips first to remove any other product. Use a gentle lip scrub or a mix of sugar and coconut oil, scrub your lips, removing dead skin from it. This will help in the proper application. The lip tint stays on for all day, 24 hours and even more. It is quite staining so avoid using any cloth to wipe it. Use the wand or your fingertips.

Etude House Drawing Eye Brow eyebrow pencil 06 Black

This is a Pencil type eyebrow pencil with an increased total capacity. It contains an auto-retractable pencil on one side and a brow brush spool on the other.

Cost
Rs. 260 for one

Ingredients

Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Coco-Glycerides, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Zinc Stearate, Stearic Acid, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Polyglyceryl-2 Triisostearate,
Tocopherol, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Hexylene Glycol, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides (Ci 77492), Iron Oxides (Ci 77499), Iron Oxides (Ci 77491)

Packaging

It has very unique packaging with one side auto-retractable pencil and other with a spool-shaped brush. The pencil shape helps in getting proper eyebrow shape. And the spool helps in spreading the shading properly.

How to Use

  1. Fill in between hairs with a wider surface
  2. Draw brow line and delicate edges with the slimmer surface.

My Take

I really love this eyebrow pencil and so far, this has been my favorite. It has a nice shaped pencil with a thin and wide combination. So you can shape your eyebrow in the most natural way possible. It is available in various colors ranging from light grey to black so it matches most of the eyebrow colors. I got the black one. The shading stays on for all day and even sweat does not affect it so you don't need to worry about anything. I am someone who is really bad it shaping their eyebrows, but it has really helped me and the cost is so cheap!
