Mooli Ki Chutney | Delicious Easy Recipes

Mooli ki chutney is a super delicious dip or salad dip which can be used with all kinds of snacks like sandwiches, pakora, or even chips. You can eat it with anything if you like. You must have seen it being served by those Ram laddu sellers in Lajpat Nagar and Gulgule in Lakahnpur. It is crispy texture, tangy, slightly spicy, and savory making it an ideal partner with every Indian snack. I am sharing a very easy yet delicious recipe of this one of the most popular Indian Chutney!

What you need

  • 2 large grated radish or 3 cups of grated radish
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red chilly powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Imli pulp 1 cup or 100grams imli
  • Coriander
  • Mint leaves


  • Add grated radish or mooli in a large bowl
  • Add 1/2tbsp red chilly powder and salt according to taste I took about 1/2 tbsp
  • Add imli pulp. In case you have imli, presoak it in slightly warm water for about 1 hour. Press it between palms to extract pulp. 
  • Add chopped mint leaves and coriander
  • Mix it well

Your tangy mooli chutney is ready to serve! This is actually very easy. If you have kids, you can take include them in making this and it can be a great activity for including the little ones and keeping them busy.
