Buying new makeup makes me so happy. Seeing those little colourful lippies and eyeshadows makes me feel like a little kid in the candy shop. So, adding to my already flourished stock of lipsticks, I got myself 5 new lipsticks from Elle 18 Color Pop Matte Lipstick collection, these are so cute and colourful, so vibrant and budget-friendly, as we all love them!
Elle 18 is a popular brand in India that is known for producing high-end makeup products at a very cheap price. This is probably the go-to brand for every college going girl who wants to feel good but has a small budget. What I love most about the brand is they never compromise with the quality. Selfie Red is a beautiful red with blue undertones and matte finish. Perfect for that date night...
Pink Show is a beautiful pink with a mauve touch and matte finish. There is an underlying berry hue. The shade, though not unique, is very pretty and perfect for regular wear to offices and colleges.
Coral Dose is a vibrant orange shade with a neon touch. they have named it in their pink range, m not sure why. It was the first time I was using a bright neon-ish orange shade on my lips so it felt a bit loud. But with one swipe, you can work it out. If you do not like bright shades, better to avoid this one.
Rose Day is a beautiful rose shade with a touch of fuchsia. It looks really bright and gorgeous on all skin tone. We all love such kind of vibrant pink shade that goes with any outfit. It is a nice shade for both day and night.
It is a hot pink shade with warm undertones. It does not have a perfect matte finish but a soft matte finish. This shade is great for everyday wear.

- Transfers a little
- Won’t show up well on very dark complexion
- Reapplication is required
- Fades after a meal
- Color-coded packaging would be better
- Bullet might break due to creamy texture
Overall, at this price, I am happy with the product. They are doing a good job already. If you are looking for budget lipsticks with a wide range of colours, this is the brand you should have a look at.
