Peri Peri Cheese Maggi: Recipe Homemade

When you want to satisfy your senses and hunger, there is nothing better than our favourite Maggi!
So many memories are connected with these instant noodles. Our childhood companion for those after school hunger pangs. You can have it either simply boiled in water with the flavor masala or add lots of vegetables of your choice ( My mother's weapon of choice to feed lots of vegetables to us as kids). 

As a grown up, I still love to have it once in a while or sometimes every other day, depending on the mood. But it is never that simple boiled version now. I love to experiment with my maggi. Sometimes, trying the street style chatpata chat masala maggi, adding Italian flavors with oregano and basil, spicing it up with lots of chilly seasoning, and what not. You name it and it tastes divine with maggi. 

Today, I have peri peri cheese maggi for you. It is easy to make and you have most of the ingredients right in your kitchen. So, what are you waiting for? Let's get started!

Ingredients • 1 tsp red chilli powder • 1 tsp black salt • 1 tsp oregano • 1 tsp powdered sugar • 1 tsp ginger powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp cinnamon powder • 2 cups water • 2 packets maggi • 2 packs maggi masala • 1 tbsp peri peri powder • Mozzarella Cheese • Fresh coriander


  • Take a plastic box add 1 tsp red chilli powder , black salt , oregano , powdered sugar , ginger powder , garlic powder & cinnamon powder and shake well and keep aside .
  • Now take a pan keep on a slow flame , add 2 cups of water , maggi and then add maggi masala and peri peri powder 
  • Finally top it up with mozzarella cheese and mix well until it melts.
  • Garnish it with  peri peri powder and coriander .
