Simple Life Hacks To Enjoy Monsoon Season

Monsoon season is here and I know most of us are struggling through it. It sure is a relief from the hot summer months, but the rainy season is not always about relaxin cosy the cosy blanket while sipping on a hot cup of coffee. Upset stomach, stained clothes, damp smell, oily hair, oily skin, acne and what not, monsoon comes along with a lot of problems. So here are some awesome tips and tricks which will surely save you, allowing you to enjoy the monsoon season!

1 ) Frizzy hair 




Frizzy hair is a major issue of girls so here is what you can do to avoid becoming Monica. Use hair serum after washing to provide essential moisture to your hair. Skip harsh shampoos and hair styling tools.

2 ) Stomach infection




Avoid eating outside food, especially street food because due to the improper way of storage they are prone to develop disease-causing bacteria and germs. I know it sounds really difficult but you can control your craving for better health try to switch more in homemade stuff.

3 ) Pimples



Breakouts are probably the worst thing that can happen to someone and it is quite prominent during the monsoon season. Avoid oily skin products and makeup products during the season. Wash your face twice a day using an Acne free mild cleanser and apply serum based moisturiser to control oil secretion. Top it off with an alcohol-free skin toner.

4 ) Stay healthy


During the monsoon, you must ensure to drink enough water. Drink at least 8 - 10 glass of water in a day to keep yourself hydrated.

5 ) Foot infection




Try to wear rubber slippers instead of shoes or heals. It dries faster and doesn't give you a rash. After coming home put your feet in warm water with few drops of neem oil.

6 ) Oily hair



Washing hair every day is not possible during monsoon season, making hair look oily the very next day of washing. Use some dry shampoo which will absorb the oil and give your hair some air to breathe. If you don't have dry shampoo, try baby talcum powder in minor quantity. 

7 ) Protect your skin



Even if it is cloudy outside, you need to protect your skin from harmful UV rays so don't forget to apply sunscreen.
