5 At-Home Workout For Fit Body

Staying fit doesn't only mean eating right. It also includes exercise to build up your strength and lead you towards a healthy lifestyle. We all want to look great and stay fit, but not all of us have the will to stand up and visit the local gym. Even I have taken up the membership but never feel the motivation to actually get up early in the morning or visit the gym after work. 3) Mountain Climber



Mountain Climbers are a killer exercise that gets your heart rate up fast while also firing nearly every muscle group in the body (biceps, triceps, chest, abdominals quads etc). It's truly a full body workout.

4) Russian twist



The Russian Twist is a type of exercise that is used to work the abdominal muscles by performing a twisting motion on the abdomen. It will help you to lose love handles from your side.

5) Dance



Dancing is one of the most enjoyable exercises which will help you endorse your Positive (happy) hormones and get you in a good mood.
