In case you are confused between all the numbers marked on this foundation and don't know which one is suitable for you, here is an image depicting it.

The first number is for the moisture level of the foundation. For oily skin go for 1, for combination 2, and for dry skin 3 is the right number.
The second number is the coverage ranging from 1 with sheer coverage to 5 with full coverage.

After this, go for the shade number which matches your skin tone ranging from Cool (C), Warm (W) and Neutral (N).

How to Use

Apply an appropriate amount after using makeup base or primer, evenly smooth it out over the face and gently pat to finish.

I apply Innisfree primer as a base, applying small dots of foundation all over my face and dab it to spread with a beauty blender. I start with a little foundation, adding layer as and where it is required for an even look.

Packaging & Texture

It comes in a very sleek Innisfree like pump packaging. A see-through matted glass bottle topped with a pump and a cap covering it. I really like this hygienic packaging. The pump gives out small quantity helping you to take out the right quantity of the product for each use.

The texture of the foundation is pretty creamy and smooth. It is easy to spread it out on the face and get an even layer. For me, the formula is pretty blendable. What I love the most about this foundation is that it does not oxidize much. Most of the foundations oxidize severely on the skin, making it look dark by the end of the day, making this my favorite so far.

It is available in an array of coverage and, so you can get the right one according to your skin. I have few acne pigmentation marks with combination skin, so I went with the 2.5 type which has semi-matte (2) finish with high coverage (5). You can also choose it according to your skin.

My Take

According to me, Innisfree My foundation is the best foundation I have found so far after the Geri G foundation. The texture, coverage and moisture level, you can customize everything making it perfect for every skin type. Usually, all the foundations turn orange or copperish on my skin with oxidization, but this foundation had minimal oxidation, maybe because it was in accordance with the moisture levels of my skin. I selected it right at the store with the help of the sales representative over there. She matched the color of my skin on the side of my face where neck and face meet for the best match.

It does not make my skin break out, or turn it oily. The coverage is good but you need to work it out if you have pigmentation or uneven skin tone. It can cover up small or minor pigmentation, but for severe ones, you need a couple of layers. All in all, this is a good foundation and you do not need a lot for coverage making it last pretty long. With everyday use, my one foundation bottle of 30 ml lasts for about 4 months which is better than most of the foundations where you need to apply more or there is a waste of product due to improper design.

Pros

  • It does not get oxidized or turns dark after couple of hours of application.
  • Does not make skin dry or rough after taking off
  • Does not make it breakout
  • Gives amazing coverage and natural glow
  • Covers imperfections and gives even finish
  • Stays on for hours without getting patchy or caky
  • Needs a little quantity for every application
  • Spreads evenly and is quite blendable
  • Contains Green tea extracts
  • Little goes a long way
  • worth every penny spent

Cons

  • Does not contain SPF
  • If you don't have Innisfree stores in your vicinity, availability might be an issue.

This is by far, the best foundation that I have got for myself. It is perfect for everyday use if you are not able to find that ideal BB or CC creamy for an everyday flawless look. It is easy on the skin and covers all your pigmentations and uneven skin tone perfectly. For this price, it is definitely a steal for the given formula and lasting.

If you have tried this one, tell me about your experience in the comments below!

Lots of Love!!!
