Keto Mung Bean Sprouts Noodles Recipe | Homemade

Are you on a keto diet and looking for a delicious way to fill your stomach? I have also started doing a keto diet since last one week and have tried several interesting recipes and created some of my own as well. Let me tell you, for a vegetarian, it is not easy to find a good filling recipe. If you are also looking for one, this one will tingle your taste buds with its savoury spicy touch and it is keto-friendly and vegetarian.

Ingredients needed

  • Sprouts: 100-200grams
  • Olive oil
  • Schezwan chutney or sauce
  • 6-8 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 medium-sized onion chopped in long slices
  • Salt to taste


1. Take a non-stick pan and add required olive oil to it. 
2. Add sliced onion to it and saute it lightly until it becomes translucent.
3. Once done, add minced garlic to it and saute it until it becomes light golden in colour. 
4. Add freshly washed sprouts to it and saute it gently until all the water has evaporated.
5. Now add one tablespoon of Schezwan sauce to this and mix it well. If you like it spicy, you can add a little more to it. 
6. Add salt to it according to your taste and mix it well. 
7. It is ready to serve and enjoy. 

It will take about 5-10 minutes to cook this delicious keto-friendly dish and it contains just a few carbs with lots of fibre that you will want to eat every day for a healthy filling keto diet.
