Acrylic nails or natural manicure- Which one is best?

I was reading about acrylic nails and natural manicures, trying to find out which one is the best. I came across to this article on a nail website so thought of sharing it with you. I have just made a few changes in it, just to make it more presentable. Hope the writer of this article won't mind these changes.

First of all you need to evaluate and give a realistic assessment of the condition of your nails. Take a good look at your nails. Do they look healthy? Are there any visible problems in their appearance? Are there stains on them? Are they brittle or strong and hard when you touch them? If you take regular and proper care of your nails and still you are experiencing some kind of problems with them, then you should consider your health condition.

The nails and their shape indicate more serious health problems. If, however there is nothing wrong with your health but you think that your nails are not in their best shape, this may be hereditary and not at all your fault. In this case you may consider the option of upgrading your natural manicure with artificial materials.

If you are unsure whether to keep your natural nails or refer to the acrylic nails rising for the first time? Both options have their pros and cons and everything is a matter of your personal choice.

The acrylic nails are very strong and are suitable for people with soft and brittle nails. They would also be a good way to quit biting your nails if you have this unpleasant habit. But this manicure requires maintenance. To keep your cool artificial nails in good shape demands more attention than the natural nails. Before you choose the artificial version consider what your everyday life is, and whether you will be able to keep your nails in perfect shape. Every 2 weeks the acrylic must be filled.

The natural nails are much more fragile, but you can take care of them by yourself at home. With the right products, the visits to the specialized salons for manicure may be considerably rarer. You can change the nail polish yourself. Perhaps it is a better idea to keep your natural nails if you like how they look and you have no problems maintaining your manicure.

My personal take on this is to try every nail style possible for you. although maintaining acrylic nails is a bit of a task but on special occasions like wedding or once in a while they are fine. Wearing them all the time is going to affect the health of your natural nails.

Keep them healthy, happy and beautiful!
Lots of Love!!!
XOXO
