If you are into new beauty trends, you must have heard about Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay. I first spotted it on Buzzfeed and then on Insider. Almost every one who used it claimed to have better skin, lesser acne, and skin problems after using it. Even on Amazon, where I bought it, had tons of positive reviews. I have never seen any face mask with this kind of fan following. People are going crazy about this product. So I thought of giving it a try!

This is something I really love about this face pack. It is free from any harsh chemicals or artificial additives. Just pure clay and nothing else. It is Sun Dried, No Fragrances, No Animal Testing, No Additives and No Animal Products. All natural!

It comes in a plastic container which was filled to the brim with the fine clay powder. It is very easy to use due to the container packaging. I scoop the amount needed and re-lid it for later. Stays airtight and dry.

There are several sellers but shipping it from US to india makes it a bit expensive. In US, you can get it for about $8.85 for 1lb.
How to Use
It is very simple to use this face mask. You will need the following things:
There was a slight tingling sensation on my face after application, but it was not much. I also felt pulling and tightening sensation as it was drying out. The packaging surely says that FEEL Your Face Pulsating, and yes it was sort of mixture of all kinds of feeling on my face.
You will also have slight reddening of the skin which is normal and will soon fade away in about 30 minutes. I had reddening around my forehead, cheeks and nose. It didnt made my skin very dry or itchy which some clay masks are tend to do. I felt very nice and "cleansed".
Although it is a bit soon to tell if it did something to make my skin better since I have used it just once. However, my skin felt really nice after washing it off. I have little bumps on my cheeks and my skin is acne prone, so I will be using it couple more times to see the effect.
Calcium Bentonite clay is known for its healing and detoxifying properties. The clay creates an electrical charge when it comes into contact with liquid. This charge is then able to bind any toxins it comes into contact with.
It is quite powerful, so you need to test it on a patch of skin for sensitivity.

How to Use

- Clay
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Non metal bowl & spoon
Steps
- Stir the mixture well to make a smooth paste.
- Add more clay or liquid as needed.
- Apply it to the face or any other area you wish.
- Let it dry for 5-10 min for delicate skin & 15-20 min for normal skin.
- Remove the clay by washing with lukewarm water.
